· Use earplugs for phone sessions.
· A sound-proof environment is encouraged for video and/or phone sessions.

What Is The Disadvantage of e-therapy?
Online therapy is not meant for crisis counseling. *People who are in immediate danger to themselves or others should call a suicide hotline or dail 911.
Online therapy is not recommended for kids. Teenage clients may benefit from online counseling with parental consent.
